Typing. The Shuffkeys keyboard works offline. Typed text and nearby text needed for editing are processed temporarily on your device. Your input goes to the app you type in. Shuffkeys does not record typing history or send this text to the developer or remote servers.
Pro subscription. Optional Pro features use a paid Google Play subscription. Purchases, restoration and subscription checks communicate with Google Play. The app receives purchase details, including identifiers, a purchase token, status and purchase time, to verify and restore Pro access. Shuffkeys does not receive your card details. Google processes payment and service data under its Google Privacy Policy.
Pro access checks. Verified Pro access remains available offline for up to 30 days after the last successful Google Play subscription check. Open Shuffkeys with an internet connection to refresh this check. After 30 days without a successful check, Pro features become unavailable until the subscription is verified again; Basic remains available.
Local storage. Keyboard settings, key arrangements and tutorial completion are stored in private app storage protected by Android’s access controls. The app also stores the signed purchase record, its signature and the last successful check time to verify Pro and support temporary offline access. These records are not sent to a developer-operated server. Emoji history and search queries are not saved. App data is excluded from Android backup.
Deletion. Successful Google Play checks update the purchase record or remove it when Pro is no longer active. Otherwise, local records remain until you clear app storage or uninstall Shuffkeys. This does not cancel your subscription or delete Google’s records; manage your subscription in Google Play.
Services. Shuffkeys has no app accounts, advertising or typing analytics. Android, Google Play and the apps you type in handle data under their own privacy policies.
Support. If you email support, your address and message are processed through email services to handle your request. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for that purpose or required by law. You may request its deletion by email.
